Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

More explicitly, the followings do not provide the basis for a refund:

• The product didn't have the features you were expecting
• You found bugs or conflicts with other extensions
• Your web server is missing the required PHP libraries, character sets or it has limited resources to run the examples demonstrated on this site.

For this reason, please contact us before purchasing a subscription to request if a specific feature is supported if it's not mentioned in the features page. Also, make sure you have review the requirements for running the application. If you found a bug, let us know and we will put our best effort to resolve it in a timely manner.
