Ruleset archives

The ruleset archives are NOT released under the GPL Licence and any Downloading Member acknowledges and agrees that membership to the website does not effectuate any sale of the available ruleset archives. Except for the rights specifically sublicensed under a special agreement, the Downloading Member shall not have any right, title or interest in or to, and in any event shall have no ownership of, the ruleset archives, including any copyright and other intellectual property rights.
